To be an institute which elevates the skill, knowledge & attitude of staff of industrial training department to the most talented and updated level.

Mission:
In pursuance of the vision and objectives of Suiit - Kerala.

• Assesses the training need of the department
• Designs various training programmes based on demand
• Conducts various training programmes for the staff
• Under takes various training activities designed by DGT
• Collaborates with national institutes like NIMI, Apex Hi-Tech etc for quality improvement
• Research and developmental activities in innovative training methodology.
